Chartstring: users need to have a valid Chartstring.
Wildcard: users need to have a WildCard authorized in the NUcore system. Cards can be authorized by the manager of the facility, Steve Jacobson, room EB48.
Access: once users have access, they can fill their dewars at any time, 24/7/365, barring unforeseen circumstances, such as elevator shutdowns. The E-wing elevator is the only elevator for this part of the building. Stairways 15, 16, and 17 also provide access, though they are not suitable for moving dewars. Please see Steve for any problems encountered while attempting to enter the room or dispensing the liquids.
Training: Steve can provide assistance and training in the safe handling of Liquid Nitrogen and Liquid Helium, and with minor dewar problems.
